个人简介
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、省部级项目1项。2008年获中国科学院生态环境研究中心博士学位,2008年-2010年复旦大学生命科学学院博士后。2010年至今大学环境科学与工程系工作。在国际、国内核心刊物上发表论文20多篇。曾主持国家自然科学青年基金项目、中国博士后基金、上海市高校青年教师培养资助计划。曾主持海宁、宁波、浦阳江等水环境微生物分子检测与评价等项目。目前主要从事微生物生态、甲烷相关功能微生物研究。

研究方向
主要从事微生物生态及应用微生物方面的研究。具体研究方向为:
1、湖库及海洋沉积物中碳氮铁硫等元素的转化过程与耦合机制;
2、淡水水体微生物监测与评价体系研究;
3、功能微生物对水体氮污染的生物处理过程及机理研究。
